Processing and Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email email@example.com with your order number and request and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times typically range 2-7 business days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as our carrier scans your label, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control and (as much as we wish it wasn't so!) final delivery is out of our hands. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you didn't like our product, please request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing email@example.com and we'll process it for you. All we ask is that you tell us why you didn't like the product so that we can adapt and improve our product for other future customers. We require a proof of purchase (e.g. your order number or order confirmation email). You can expect your refund to be processed within 10-15 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
